Constant temperature and humidity aging test equipment for LD module

Abstruct

It consists of a unit that charges optical chips in a constant temperature/humidity chamber at 85°C/85% and a device that measures the characteristics of the optical chips before and after the environmental test.

Characteristicks

A unit that can set up 29 CAN types with mounted chips can be installed in a thermo-hygrostat to charge and control.(8585 unit)

By removing the 8585 unit, it can be set up as a separate device that measures characteristics before and after environmental testing.

(1) A total of 16 8585 units are installed in a thermostatic chamber.

Setting: Drive current, EA voltage
Monitor: LD drive current, LD voltage, EA current, temperature and humidity
