Our "High Speed LD/PD Module Alignment System" is ideal for the development and mass production assembly of modules used in optical communications and other applications.
By introducing our self-developed real-time optical beam observation system (patented), we can quantitatively grasp the spread angle, direction angle, power, beam diameter, etc. of the laser beam and perform alignment.
This technology enables alignment in a short time.
As an example, the collimating alignment of a package-type 4-channel first lens is used in mass production with a tact time of 20 minutes/piece, including jig attachment, transfer, alignment, and UV bonding.
Our alignment equipment can be roughly divided into two models depending on the method of fixing optical components after alignment.
