LD（COC)　Evalution and Sorting System

Used for burn-in sorting of laser chips at the Cip On Ceramic (COC) level.
Characteristics before and after burn-in can be compared and judged as pass/fail.

Burn-in unit (WLC-A5):
COC mounted on the fixture for burn-in is applied to the laser at a set constant current for a set time under a set constant temperature.
Measurement unit (WLC-A6):
COC(WLC-A6): A measurement unit that automatically measures and selects the characteristics of COCs mounted on burn-in fixtures.

• Basic characteristics such as Tth, L&I, V&I can be measured automatically.
• As an option, spectral characteristics such as wave amplitude and SMSR can be measured automatically.

It has been adopted in the manufacturing process of BOX-type optical transmitter/receiver devices for optical communications and is now in operation as mass production equipment.
